Harvesting Greens

The fall greens are ready for harvest.  It’s been a warm fall which has resulted in some pests in the field.  We need cooler weather to come soon.

2nd Trial Pepper Harvest

This morning we did our second harvest of the trial pepper garden.  All hands were on deck so we were able to harvest it all in an hour.

Preparing for Irma

Normally the garden is closed on Sunday, but we had a few tasks to take care of as we anticipated Irma’s visit.  We harvested peppers from the trial garden and we took the plastic down off the high tunnels.
