Farm fresh smoothie

Zac shared his smoothie recipe with us.  I was skeptical about the raw eggs, but it was delicious!     2 bananas 2 eggs 2 large kale leaves table spoon of honey 5 large scopes of yogurt ice frozen berries

Harvesting Greens

The fall greens are ready for harvest.  It’s been a warm fall which has resulted in some pests in the field.  We need cooler weather to come soon.

2nd Trial Pepper Harvest

This morning we did our second harvest of the trial pepper garden.  All hands were on deck so we were able to harvest it all in an hour.
