With the recent dip in temperature, we had to put fabrics over these transplants to protect them from the cold.
Not your everyday vegetable harvest but today we got some oyster mushrooms! These are grown in containers with holes and the straws inside are inoculated with fungal spores. They are usually kept moist to provide growing conditions for the musrooms!
We’re in progress of building a hoophouse for planting ginger and turmeric!
