There are still remnants of the UGArden’s celebration of Earth Day South by South Milledge. It was tons of fun with great music and food!
While walking through the field today, I noticed that the muscadines are having some buds pop up! Makes me excited for the summer!
I visited the cucumbers in the green house today, and was amazed to see how much they have grown! Their leaves are enormous and they are so tall!
Annika made a beautiful sign for a tour group she was leading! It’s always fun to have visitors!
We had a big group of volunteers this Friday that helped complete the last harvest for the collards and compost the remaining plant! It will make for some good dirt!

Heres a picture from the Friday before we started Spring Break! The interns get off, but all paid staff is still hard at work. A farm requires a lot of hands and the plants don’t stop growing!
