Yesterday Berea and I went to donate some of Wednesday’s harvest to the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia! It ended up being over 70 pounds of kale, collards, and mustard greens.
This is why I love working at UGArden so much. It’s a great environment, everyone who works there with me is always so wonderful and positive and a delight to work with, and the things we grow go to a good home. UGArden is a seriously wonderful place to be. I’ve learned so much from my time here. It’s going to be sad leaving.
(Ugh. We’re approaching the end of the semester so my blog posts might get kinda sappy, just a heads up.)
